Latoria Rise

Latoria Rise is a collection of 48 home sites located just outside Victoria, BC.

Tasked with an identity, site signage and a website. The identity was established using an arbutus (a local landscape fixture) and a was typeset with a modern typeface to reflect the modern west-coast nature of the project. The website was built responsive-to-mobile using the Concrete5 content management system to edit and maintain content, maps, and capture and manage data for guest registrations.
